How do I add a name or birthstone to my bracelet?

Every bracelet page lists the details you can choose – a name, an initial, a birthstone or a mix. Fill them in on the page before you add it to your cart; the counter under the text box tells you how many letters fit.

What size are the bracelets?

Most come on a 6" (15 cm) chain plus a 2" (5.1 cm) extender, so they fit wrists from 6 to 8 inches (20 cm). A few styles are a fixed 7" (18 cm) – the product page says so when that’s the case. To check yours, wrap a soft tape or paper strip just below the wrist bone; most adults measure 6.5–7.5" (19 cm).

When will my personalised bracelet arrive?

Personalised bracelets are made for you first, which takes 4–8 days, then shipped. Delivery is usually 4–8 working days to the US and UK and 5–12 working days elsewhere.

Do bracelets make a good gift?

A personalised bracelet is one of the most thoughtful gifts there is. Add their name, initial or birthstone and we send it in gift-ready packaging.

Does the gold on my bracelet fade?

No. Our bracelets use a 1.0 micron layer of 18K gold over surgical-grade steel – about ten times the usual 0.03 micron found on plated jewellery, which normally sits on copper or brass and turns skin green. And if anything isn’t right, the two-year cover has you protected.

Is my bracelet waterproof?

It is. Showers, swimming and workouts are all fine: the 18K gold finish is PVD-sealed onto surgical-grade stainless steel, so water can’t loosen it. Most people never take their bracelet off.

Will my bracelet irritate sensitive skin?

It shouldn’t. Our bracelets are surgical-grade stainless steel with no lead, copper or brass inside. Reactions to cheap jewellery usually come from copper or brass reacting with skin, and ours contains neither.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Every bracelet is covered for two years. If the plating, a stone or a clasp fails in that time, get in touch and we will repair it or send a replacement – no hassle.

Can I add charms to my bracelet later?

Not yet. Adding charms to a bracelet you already own is on our list, and we’ll announce it as soon as it’s ready.
