Harper Jewels accepts a range of secure payment methods so checking out is quick and dependable.

1. Payment methods we accept

• Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
• PayPal
• Google Pay, and Apple Pay on compatible Apple devices
• Shop Pay

Every payment is processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

2. When payment is taken

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We only process and ship orders once payment has cleared; if a payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed.

3. Prices & currency

All prices on this site are in AUD, and the checkout total is what you pay. Prices may change without notice.

4. Payment security

The site is protected with SSL encryption and payments run through trusted gateways. Harper Jewels never stores — and cannot see — your card or payment details.

5. Declines and pending charges

Declines come from your card issuer, not from us. An unsuccessful attempt can briefly show as a pending authorisation on your statement; it isn't a charge and drops off on its own, usually within a few business days.
